I am drawn to organic form as inspiration for my work, whether that’s botanical flowers or the human body. I use found objects that have interesting shapes from nature or man made that are found around the home or outdoors to use and print on to the surface of my canvas. These found objects acts as a base coat layer and creates interesting patterns that guides my intuitive process. Mandala patter designs are featured in my art making process, to me creating the circular mandala designs represents the souls that bring my paintings alive and help a story  emerge on to the canvas.

I am drawn towards abstract expressionism paintings and aim to simplify y paintings by including symbolism within my artwork to help guide views to create their own interpretations and stories when looking at my paintings.
